Sadiq Jaafar Aziz Al-Moussawi, a doctoral student at the University of Kufa – Faculty of Agriculture – Department of Food Sciences has published a scientific article in the International Journal of MDPI-Foods in the field of dairy and its benefits. He mentioned that this research is a very important resource on how to use therapeutic milk with phytobacteria added to it, with the addition of rosemary, which is effective against many bacteria.
