A faculty member at the University of Kufa publishes two articles in an international journal

Prof. Dr. Adnan Wahhab Almudhafar, a faculty member at the University of Kufa – Faculty of Agriculture – Department of Food Sciences, has published two scientific articles in the Indian Ecological Society Journal. The first paper entitled (Study on isolation and functional properties of protein extracted from oat), while the second paper entitled (Preparation of some effective substances from dill seeds in meat preservation).
