The participation of two faculty members from the University of Kufa in an international symposium
Three faculty members from the Department of Food Sciences – Faculty of Agriculture – University of Kufa participated in the first Wasit International Symposium for Entrepreneurship and Patents which supported by the Governor of Wasit Dr. Muhammad Jamil Al-Mayahi and the President of Wasit University, Prof. Dr. Mazen Al-Hasani. Iraqi universities, deans of university faculties, the president of the Association of Inventors, the president of the Iraqi Innovators Syndicate, a large number of scientists and inventors. A number of patents was 187 Iraqi patents and 30 international patents from France, Spain, Canada, Austria, Iran, Morocco, Syria, Egypt and Kuwait. Prof. Dr. Riyadh Shamkhi Ali and Assist. Prof. Basheer Jawad Kadhum received the Medal of creativity and certificates of appreciation for their active participation in the symposium.
