Faculty members at the Faculty of Agriculture receive a patent

The expert professor, Dr. Riyad Shamkhi Al-Mousawi, the lecturer Sharaf Ali Hadi Al-Sheikh and the assistant lecturer Amir Salem Abdul Redha Al-Issawi, in the Department of Food Sciences – Faculty of Agriculture – University of Kufa, recieved a patent on (encapsulating ground beef using gelatin wrappers fortified with nano-zinc oxide and studying its effect on Extended shelf life).
