Discussion of Master Thesis at Faculty of Agriculture – University of Kufa

The Master Thesis titled (Studying the antioxidant and antimicrobial potential activity of extracts of some seeds of the garlic family and studying its effect on fish meat preservation) was discussed in Conference Hull at Faculty of AgricultureUniversity of Kufa on Thursday 17/11/2022, for the Food Science Department Maser student (Afak Zegaer Agmy) under supervision of Assistant Professor Dr (Laith Fareed Al-Obadi). This thesis was aimed to study the antioxidant activity of plant aqueous, alcoholic and oily extracts for some seeds of the garlic family (onions and leeks). The study also recommended conducting experiments on another type of seeds of this family to find out the antioxidant and anti-microbial ability of the seeds of this family. The thesis was accepted by the discussion committee and the results of the thesis were recommended and approved for future work.
