Prof. Dr. Alaa Idan Hassan, Dean of the Faculty, and Mr. Muortada Ali Salman Al-Amery published a manuscript entitled ( The response of soil bacteria to high salt concentration and the growth of Hordeum vulgaris) in one of the international journals within Scopus repositories. The manuscript was published in the Indian Ecological Society. The research included studying the extent of bacterial tolerance to high levels of soil salinity and its effect on barley plant growth. The researchers revealed important results, as the bacteria were isolated from the highest levels of salinity.
