Prof. Durgham Ali Al-Amidi, a faculty member at the University of Kufa – Faculty of Agriculture – Department of Food Sciences and Prof. Youssef Al-Taie, Dean of the Faculty of Administration and Economics – University of Kufa, and Dr. Nagwa Saudi, a faculty member at the University of Messila in Algeria, published a scientific article entitled (Proactive Marketing and its Role in Promoting Organizational Excellence) in the Algerian Journal of Financial, Accounting and Administrative Studies. The research aims to identify the role that proactive marketing plays in promoting organizational excellence by fulfilling the unspoken desires of the customer and working to anticipate the fulfillment of those desires and to achieve the best customer expectations.
